Plant + Maintenance - Maintenance Contracts - Text

Text can be added to your maintenance contracts file that can be selectively printed on job cards and reports as required.

1. Add a new maintenance contract or open an existing one.

Refer to "Adding a New Maintenance Contract" or "Updating a Maintenance Contract".

2. Select the Text tab.

Micronet displays the Maintenance Contract Updatescreen – Text tab.

3. If you want to:

• add a text line, select the Add button
• insert a text line, select the line below where you want the text inserted then select the Insert button
• delete a text line, select the line then select the Delete button
• edit a text line, double click on a line or select a line then press Enter.

If you selected to add, insert or edit a text line, Micronet displays the Contract Text screen.

4. Complete the following fields:

5. Select the Accept button.

If you selected to add a text line, Micronet redisplays the Contract Text screen so you can add further text lines.

6. When you have finished adding text, select the Cancel button.

7. Select FILE | SAVE.
